Wrongly billed me for calls to S. America I never made! Consumer rip-off fraud Miami Florida

I was billed $240.52 for 62 calls made to Chile. I do not know anyone there, I have never called there before, The line that was charged is only used for incoming faxes, and I was out of town while some of the calls were made!

They were unresponsive and unhelpfull. They alleged that there was a cross wire or someone has been on my premisses tapping into my line and that my local provider must deal with it.

I contacted the FCC (www.fcc.com) and State Utility board about this outrage and suggest you do too!
