Total Ripoff incredibly miserable individuals totally lacking self esteem

Yep, you're all correct in that we all should have smelled a rat when no contact information was given other than some obscure email process. The people who work for this company have proved to be incredibly miserable individuals totally lacking self esteem.

I was given incomplete and outdated information supplied by the 'service', which then claimed it was my fault. I had to hire an attorney, who suggested that "someone is practicing without a license." Indeed.

I tried to file a claim with the BBB but as there was no physical address or other contact information it was not accepted. No wonder there.

CAVEAT EMPTOR - this is a complete ripoff and will quickly experience their bad karma.
