Fraudulent charges

I stupidly made the mistake of ordering a weight loss product from Momentum Direct. I called to cancel it with in the time allowed. I found out later that they had charged my acct $58.93 when they should have only charged me $4.00.

I spoke with someone from this company on the 29th of Decemeber who said they would put my money back. Come to find out that they not only did not put my money back but they charged me another $58.93. I spent 20 minutes attempting to contact this company and from 4 different phones (2 land line and 2 cell phones) they supposedly could not hear me no matter what phone I called them on. PLEASE stay away from this company!
