Hidden $4.99 Per-Room Fee and No International Dish Installed

When I called to order Direct TV, they said it is all free. They also said it is $39.99, but they never tell you that it is $4.99 more for each room. And I ordered Russia additional. It is so hard to talk to them on the phone.

When they came out to install, he did not bring the International Dish, although I had called and called many times to reconfirm about the international dish. Instead, they came into my house and put boxes in 4 rooms. I was upset and asked why they did not bring the International Dish, so I cancelled the order and they left, but they disconnected my Comcast cable TV. Now I have to pay Comcast to come and reconnect.
