Ripoff Sent a check for 2,963.84 Check will not clear Same as first report

Thay sent my wife a check for 2,963.84. My wife deposited the check one day and was told to withdraw the money the next day, and to send it to someone named Mary Taber at 170 james st, Windsore Ontario, Canada. She was supposed to be the tax lady. We declined to send the money utill the check cleared. Thay called my wife back and said that it was very important for her to send the money to this lady, If not he was going to lose his job and all kinds of things. Thay said my wife had won $44000 dollers. Rip off
