Ripoff i clicked on a coupon add and then i was sent a conformation email from them i tried to go to there web sight to deactivate and there is no web sight internet

I cant get in contact with these people that got my info when i cliked on a coupon add they sent me a conformation email i tryed there web sight and it doesnt work.
