Ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

Back in February I placed two orders with this company. One was in the amount of Fifty something Dollars and the other one hundred and something, nearly two hundred dollars.

At the time of writing this e-mail I don't have the exact figure at hand.

I received the first order which was the cheaper one, with no problem. But to my surprise instead of receiving the other one, the biggest order, I got nothing.

So After approximately 2 weeks I called the company and was told by an idiot that my package was sent to 64 Nelson Street, Brooklyn, N.Y.

I tried to explain to the fool that that is not my address and she told me to go to the local Post Office and tell them that there is a package there for me with the wrong address.

To cut a long story short I carried on like a B... I was then told by a supervisor that I would have to wait 30 days before a reshipment could be done.

I waited and had to call then again. When the items finally arrived, two of them were defective. I again called the company and was told that they would arrange a pick-up of the defective items.

I, like a fool waited. I had to place another call before a pick-up was done, but only for one item. I still have the other. Also I am still awaiting a replacement for the one already picked up.

The package was picked up in April. All this time I am paying for those calls and have to be placed on hold whilst awaiting an answer.

I sent several e-mail but still received nothing.

I'd appreciate some kind of help in this matter. I told them I'd report them to BBB and Consumer Affairs, but it seems not to bother them.
