Ripoff dishonest fraudulent

I purchased a Pet-Pedic Solid Core Memory Foam bed from them for my 80 lbs dog. It was sold with the usual claims of being tha same material certified by NASA and used in human beds etc. First, the bed that was supposed to arrive in 5 business days arrived in about 15 business days. My credit card was charged the same day I placed my order. I used the product for about two weeks and the bed has already gone flat.

I am calling customer service and they can't help me because the order is old. They count days from the day the order was placed. They keep telling me there is nothing they can do. The customer service basically expressed that their supervisor already knows of this problem and then quickly went back to telling me that this is a perfect bed and no one has complained about it.

He apparent also discussed this with the owner and repeated the same thing. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that the owner never speaks with any customers. There was no one thet I could speak with.

I told him that I am never going to do business with them and even tell our dog-owner friends, he said he would do the same if he were I.

I am disappointed and disgusted at their business practice.
