First Premier
Disregard to APR set BY THEM!

My husband and I have been rather loyal customers to First Premier Bank for about 6 years now. While searching the internet for credit card comparisons and so on, I ran across the terms and conditions for First Premier. They state their APR to be 9.9%, Penalty APR to be 19.9% for purchases and cash advances.

Here's the thing, we have the First Premier Gold Mastercard, the one these APRs apply to. We have NEVER seen an APR lower than 18.9... Ever. We have always been on time unless extenuating circumstances have come about. We did have bad credit in the past and this card has helped us tremendously. Unfortunately, we are now being over charged the APR by a long shot.

It also states that if one misses a payment two times in a 6 month period OR misses 2 consecutive payments, then the APR will boost to 19.9%. After paying off the balance OR kept current for 3 consecutive months, the APR will be dropped back down to 9.9%.
