No exchange, no refund, bogus "instore credit" overbilling

Avoid this company entirely! I ordered shoes in august, was overcharged on my Visa card by $6. When I returned them, I got a slip for "instore credit" that was $15 less than I was billed. I have not been able to order replacement shoes or get a refund. I have sent dozens of e-mails, plus a certified letter. I have notified the Better Business Bureau, Visa, and Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Shoepeddlers/Vagabond Shoes are crooks.
