This Company's Technician completely destroyed my wooden bedframe while turning my mattress over to sanitize it. He dropped the heavy mattress directly on top of the footboard part of my bedframe. The entire bedframe broke into pieces! Ripoff

This Company's employee destroyed my wooden bed frame while turning my mattress over to sanitize it. He dropped my mattress full force directly on top of the footboard part of frame and the entire bed & frame collapsed! The bedframe splintered into many pieces right before my eyes!

Employee denied doing anything wrong even though I watched him & saw what he had done. Since I had recently moved, Dry Concepts is trying to blame this "incident" on the movers. This is total nonsense and not true.

I had that bedframe for several years and had absolutely no problems with it until this idiot put his hands on it! Dry Concepts refuses to acknowledge or admit what their employee did to my property.

Do not do business with them if you value your property.
