They took money out of my bank account without my permission $298.00 Ripoff

These people told me that I was qualified for a grant for $5,000 and they told me that I would receive my papaerwork in about 5-7 days. It has been almost one month and a half. I have not yet received anything. I have called the only number I have for them and keep leaving messages and no one returns my calls. I can never talk to anyone. It is only a recorded message to leave and message and someone will return my call. But that isn;t true they never call back. I am a mother of two and I need that money back, I was hoping I would receive that grant to get out of debt, but I have gotten further in debt. Also they told me that if I have filed my taxes on time I would receive $5,000-$25,000. Don't people have any mind what so ever. There should be a law against people doing that to people. I would appreciate it if you could help me get my money back
