Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I sent them a $39.00 registration fee that was supposed to ber refunded if I was not satisfed with with the program. I was not happy with it so I returned my package and never got my money back from them. I returned the package on 04/11/02 and it was returned to me on 06/29/02 by the post office stating that DMI had moved and was unable to forward even tho I paid 1st class mail for the return. There was no other addres to send the package to. I firmly feel that they just ripped off as many people as the could than closed down. I have learned myself a lesson.
