Elusive, dishonest and Never Delivered wedding photo albums or Video

I was Married February 17th and Used a company called Celebrity Wedding to handle the photos and video for my wedding.

They were paid in full roughly $6000 prior to the wedding. Many month went by and we received our proofs. After we received our proofs we were in the process of moving and did not get to try and contact them again for 1- 2 months. When we did we were dismayed when the phone number for celebrity wedding no longer existed and we could not contact them. We drove the 45 minutes to where the studio was and it now became FLICKS photography.
We were greeted by some of the same workers who worked at Celebrity wedding but were informed that the studio was under new ownership. They informed us that although they are not "responsible" for fulfilling our order and making good on the photos and video we payed 6k on, but out of the goodness of their hearts they would do it. However we were told it would take a long time. (it already been 10 months today 12/12/06)
Cynthia E. Ashe claimed to be the new owner (although shes not victor Ashe is the owner) and told us the previous owner Rick Walcot 516 633 4080 Ran away to Jamaica with all the company money and stiffed them with clients who had unfulfilled orders. Now they are just being rude and saying that they owe us nothing. Rick Walcott says they signed a contract and they legally owe everyone contracted in 2006 their full wedding packages. Paula Christiansen who is the manager at Flicks and who helped us when it was still Celebrity wedding also told us that they owe everyone from 2006 their full package. It is Victor ashe and Cynthia Ashe who say they owe us nothing and that Rick Walcott is lying. He also implied that if we were to sue him he would go bankrupt and no one would get their pictures. Either way we are stuck in the middle, out thousands of dollars and they have access to a once in lifetime event that we can never recapture. I really want my photo albums and video. Can anyone help?
