All My Sons Moving & Storage Of Hostile, uncooperative, non customer service oriented, inflexible, lost time & money ripoff Pasadena

Paid for a full serivce move worth $2385.85 and they lost some of my things. Fist contact to make a claim they were aggressive and hostile and wouldn't tell me how to file a claim because they felt like "they didn't lose anything".

After I finally contacted corporate I was able to file a claim that resulted in them offering the standard contract rate of. 60 cents per pound, which was 10.80 (replacement value was about 240.00) I have spend more in mailing and noterization (required by them) and time providing them with weight, proof of ownership, worth of like items. They are inflexible and non customer service oriented. They were unwilling to work out any other solutions.

I would not recommend them anyone especially a first time mover. They will only do what the law says they have to. My suggestion help me change the law. Thier TxDOT No. Is 592258B. Contact your chamber of commerce, your state represenative and anyone else who will listen. There are many others out there that have had problems with them.

Check with your Better Business Bureau. Since 2004 they have had 5 complaints with them. Who knows about others who gave up from frustration. Not happy be the squeaky wheel until you can change things.
