Toner Zone LLC claims to be in the Better Business Bureau, they are not.in fact of the 27 years they claim to have been in business the only record of there existence dates back to October 2 and that is from a WHOIS IP tracking record.

BILL LOGAN, JOE BENSON and BOB CLARK, I am sure all aliases should not be trusted. Their supposed office suite located on West 2nd Street is actually an apartment used to run their operation. While it is not against the law to operate a business out of one's home it is to claim it as a business "suite".

They cold-called my company claimed to have an active account referring to our copier machine, I as a new employee took their word for it and re-upped our "service subscription" for the new year. They told us not to worry they would match competitors prices. They have not returned over 10 phone calls regarding this. They charged $500.00 for toner cartridge product and after some research found the same product for an average price of $50.50. The same thing only 10% the price. They have not returned any calls faxes or emails.

DO NOT TRUST TONERZONELLC.com, TONER ZONE LLC. Coincidentally TONERZONE.com a completely different company also located in the Los Angeles was able to supply us with new products at the correct competitive rate. I was suckered by tonerzonellc.com dont let it happen to you.
