I was sick and pregnant and was Toner Scammed

It was March and I was at work after being hospitalized numerous times for a difficult pregnancy. I was new in this job and was not trained by the person who was there before me and I got a call from a "Joe Benson" of TonerZone. He had an annoying New York accident and I can say this because I am from Jersey. He fancy talked me into re ordering my toner and sent me $498 with or toner that I paid for without knowing this was a scam. My copier repair guy came in a week later, saw the Toner and told me this was a scam and to throw it out. I could not reach "Joe Benson" on any of the numbers he provided. Today, his annoying New York accidented co-worker trust tried it again on me. Well, I'm not sick and pregnant today so, I let him have it and I want him to go down for all the poor people he has scammed out of hundreds of dollars.
