DP & L Unfriendly ripoff business practices lying

If you plan on living in the area serviced by the Dayton Power and Light Company (DP&L), Ohio. You may want to reconsider. Because of two surgeries I was required to have, I was unable to make timely payments to this company for several months. They refused to work out a payment plan or any other solution. Then came to my home and shut off the power. Two weeks later they sent a letter saying that if I were to pay $195.00 they would re-connect the service. I did this, then 3 weeks later they shut ot off again. Calls this company are answered by rude women who will not compromise.
