Charging for a contract that's up and equipment that has been returned

I have a copy of of the signiture of an employee as per accepting delivery via UPS. They are still trying to charge me for the lease of the credit card machine that was told would be ours in a year after paying $62.09 per month. Needless to say, That was denied by them.

Our contract was suppose to up in March of now they are saying it will not be up until March. The charges of the lease was the only thing that stayed the same, it seemed the less cards processed the more NPC charged. Together with the leasing charges, it was over $100 a month and our business was not making any credit card transactions at the time.

The people are rude, and dishonest. I urge any one who has not dealt with this company to please, for your own sake, stay away from them.
