Ripoff sweepstakes, lottery winning letter and check from zolos management consultants

I received a letter in the USA mail to my po box address. It was addressed to me.inside was a letter and a check. The letter had the company name Zolos Management Consultants Genlyte Group. The letter stated that I had won a sweepstakes/lottery from publisher clearing House compueter data. Thier was a winnig serial # US-05-WEB-070 in a category "A" of the North Carolina to participants across USA and Canada. The share of $96,000 had been depsoited in and escrow account pending claim. The enclosed check was for $4,680.23 was deducted from my winings to help me pay the nessary fines and fees.

I was to contact a foreign accounts manager to activate my account. William j. KEYS at 1-416-834-1470 Monday-Saturday 8:30am-8:30 pm I called William J Keys and he said that all I need to do is is depsoit $4300.00 in my checking account. I was to wait for the check to clear and then get a money gram and send te $4300.00 to Micheal York at the same company address. Then I was to call Willam Keys and give him the ref# and then 5-7 business days I would receive the $91,319.77 from Fedx to my home address.
