We were using this company for two months, and this month we recieved an email stating '
During routine monitoring of calling patterns, our systems detected possible abuse of your BroadVoice service that is prohibited by our published Terms of Service regarding residential use.

As a result of this continued non-confirming usage pattern, your plan has been changed temporarily to a non-conforming residential use plan, effective from now until the end of the current billing cycle. Your calling plan will revert back to your original plan in the coming billing cycle.

Please be reminded that your BroadVoice service is for individual residential use only and that use of your residential BroadVoice service either for business or by multiple individuals is strictly forbidden.

Please note that if your calling plan is modified for non-conforming residential use three (3) times within a year, your calling plan will be changed permanently to the Unlimited Business plan.

Should you have any concern that your BroadVoice service is being used inappropriately without your knowledge, please contact BroadVoice Customer Care at support@broadvoice.com.

After i read this i emailed them right back, with an exlanation. I told them that it was unlimited calling!!! And that i only call two numbers from there plan. They never wrote back about my message.

The next day, they wrote an email (changing the subject)'

Starting from March we have set up an interim charge scheme to collect interim charges from customers before the statement date every time their call and other charges balance exceeds the threshold we defined (currently it is $25). According to your usage of current month, you have exceeded the threshold, therefore, at this time we have charged $25.78 to your credit card.

Everytime i tried calling them they would hang up,!! It is ridiculous how the company treats their people. When i asked to speak with the supervisor in a very anrgy manner they replied " we settled the problem, you dont have to speak with the superviser", and hung up the fone agian!!!

Yess never use this company unless you do want problems*
