Verizon bills me for fraudulent charges in the name of other companies such as ILD & ESBI. Ripoff

I can't understand how a public ultility that is supposedly watched over by the PUC can continue to rip-off thousands of it's phone customers by being a partner with companies such as ESBI, ILD Teleservices, OAN, and more, who claim that Verizon phone customers owe them money for services that the consumers have no knowledge of what these services are and who these companies are!
Trying to deal with Verizon and/or these partners of Verizon is a endless and frustrating, time consuming nightmare.

As of 10 months ago I had 3 seperate phone lines with Verizon and unauthorized charges on all three of them. I've cancelled 2 of these accounts and made many hours worth of attempts to straighten out these fraudlulent charges with only minimal success.

It would be cost efficient to just pay, and I'm sure many consumers have, just to save the hassle, but why should Verizon be allowed to continue these fruadulent business practices?

If and when a ripped off consumer gets through to a verizon billing rep they give the consumer the run around and tell consumer to contact the company that verizon bills for, then consumer gets endlessly put on hold!

How can Verizon bill for services they do not provide let alone even explain?

P.S. This same crap has happened to me at least a couple of times more than 2 years ago and it took many hours on the phone over many months to finally get the fraudulent charges credited to my "delinquent" account!
