ShopChic Jella Montague Sent Check for 8,550 for Clothing, Compnay Never set Clothes, Never got refund! Fraud Scam Company

On July 27 I sent a check to a company called ShopChic, in the interim they changed their name to Shoplilie. This company claims to be able to sell high end women clothes are wholesale prices. I sent them check for $8,550 for women's clothing for my store. They said the clothing was in-stock and would be shipped in 6-10 days. No clothes.
It is now November 21 and I have not heard from them. I have not gotten any clothes or a refund. I believe this company is a scam and they just collect checks from people and disappear. I lost 8,550 dealing with these horrible people. Their account number on the cashed check is 672720442 at a HSBC. The contact person is Jella Montague.
