Stealing twice consumer rip-off fraud

This company is billing me for services that I don't use or receive. I sent them an e-mail message telling them to remove me from their lists, and they wrote back that they would comply. The next billing and all subsequent billings have not only billed me the 48.79, but they have now billed me twice. When I went to contact them again, the e-mail address was no longer good.
