Overcharging my credit card with items I did not order ripoff

I recently ordered a camera on line and was shocked to learn the company had added items to my order without my authorization! They added $350.00 to my order with items such as extended battery, lens cleaner, extended warranty, tripod, etc., all items I didnot want, need or ordered!

I refused to accept shipment and the items were returned and confirmed returned by UPS. It has now been over two weeks and they still have not refunded my money.

When you call to speak to a person regarding the issue, it is impossible. The only way to get a person to speak to you is to lie and say you want to place an order.

Stay away!!
