Won't send order, or status of what's going on, no working number or address Ripoff

This company sent 1/2 of my order. The only acknoledgement they gave me to show me they DID know my order wan't complete was a small initial next to the item not sent.
They WON'T respond to emails. (4 or 5) I have them saved.
Date: 09/26 - 09:00 PM Was when my order was placed - that is almost 2 months ago!
The listed phone number will not get anyone. It will either ring continuously or go to a full mailbox.
They won't send my stuff.
They won't even give me my money back so I can go somewhere else!
