Charges my card, Sent Different Cartridges than Invoice. Cartridges returned. Refused to credit card ripoff

I ordered 6 cartridges for Lemark printer. Received cartridges for for Epson printer. There was $107.94 charged to my card. Followed all instructions for sending them back. Since July there still hasn't been a credit issued on my credit card. They have refused all phone calls. Still received regular emails trying to sell ink cartridges. The last contact, (11-04) I told them I'd never buy anything else, nor recommend them. Haven't received any more emails.
