I bought a pair of glass for my grandson, paid 153.95 no problem.

We went to the sea shore the next day just got there and went to stand in the water before you know it a wave came and nocked his glasses off his face they were lost.

So the next day we went back to lenscrafters and told them the story they didnt care.

She told us to pick out another pair so I said what can you do for me she said nothing I told her i have been buying glasses here for years, she didnt care.

I ended up paying for a nother pair she could of least charged me for a broken pair.
