RIPOFF SCAM DISHONEST Time for class action lawsuit

Along with the growing list of people, my husband and I have also been scammed by this "Company." Through a search engine website we submitted our information in order to try to sell our timeshare. We were quickly contacted by CMC and "coaxed" into sending a "listing fee" in order to place our timeshare on the market. Reluctantly we did so and turned over our hard earned money to hopefully get rid of our timeshare. Since the check cleared our checking account we have not heard from CMC. A couple of months ago I found the initial reports on this website from the "ex" employee and decided to call CMC and demand an answer on this scam issue. I was told that none of what the "ex" employee had been stating was true and that my timeshare would surely have it's first offer within the month. We have not heard a thing since. When is someone REALLY going to do something about this? What's it gonna take to get my money back???
