Of mid atlantic states they like to make you think that you get this easy no problem deal on magazines ripoff

A sales man called me up at work to different times wanting to give me this great deal on some magazines. It is cheap and you can change them any time at no charge. It happens to be really busy at that time so I said he could come and talk to me. He did and said that it is only $13 dollars a month and you can pay any time you want save up as many months as you want. It was kinda busy at that time so I took his word on what he said.

So I saved up a 2 months and was going to send it when allied started to call me and say that I have some late fees and I am behind at this time. I still have not got all the magazines that I have ordered. I explained what the salesman told me and the person told me that that was wrong so I paid it up. Bbut then I moved and told them at least 5 times a month that I moved and I talked to some one different every time and nobody changed it.

Now I am getting calls from their lawyers saying that they are taking me to court. I have not paid the bill because I have not got what I ordered. I have tried to get out of this but I was told that I signed a contract and there was no way out.

I dont want their service and I am in a retail and I can not bill someone until they have what they ordered. I feel that I should not be billed for what I didn't get. The lawyer that has been calling me said that they have extened my service but I didn't want it. I feel that I have been treated unfair.
