Flowers arrived the day after expected, no customer service Ripoff nationwide

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a woman close to me that had lost her husband on valentines day. She never recieved these flowers on the expected day, so the following day i ordered some from somewhere else and they arrived as expected. The following day she finally recieved the first bouquet i had ordered from 1 800 flowers. After calling numerous times over the three days and sending them emails i finally got to speak to a real live person on the third day. She was rude and not helpful, did not apologize and they still charged me the full amount for the flowers. So end of story i had to buy 2 arrangements.
