Offer winnings of$165,000.00 and sent check for $1890.88 Eastern Applied Research ripoff

Recieved a letter stating won a large amount from the British Lotto Commission. Along with a check for $1890.88 to cover taxes on my winnings. Was to deposit the check in my account and then call them back with the account number and they will tell me how to pay the taxes. After doing checking found it to be a rip off.
