royal lotto agent richard owens[so he says], assured me, that i was 1 out 23 winners of 115,000 dollars per person... However, when deposited check that i received from richard, to pay for fees! My bank assured me that they could not verify accountable for the check, therefore it was a bad check...

I glad i was smart to have deposited the check in a account that had very, very little money... And could not cover the check amount...
