Sent letter by post, home delivery, stating I had earned a 615,810 Euros prize

Received a letter in French, 'Home delivery', stating I earned a 615,810 Euros prize.

The letter was issued on the 2/11 and the prize would have to be claimed before the 19/12 or the sum would be lost for the Ministery of Economy and Finances, as not claimed.

I was asked to fill in an attached form with confidencial details like Bank Account Details, birth date, local of birth, phone numbers, marriage status, etc and agreeing to paid them 10% of the prize value, once received...
