Ripoff, asked bank and personal information

This company and indiviuals sent me a postal mail through my adress I dont even know them and I dont even know the lottery they are talking about. They say that I have won an amount of 815.320USD and ask me to fill the attached payment form and send them by fax. So that they will have all the informations needed for my bank details.

I have received a similar letter from another company and sent them my bank details along with my personal details. But thanks god nothing has happened.

I hope we can fight against these people who are trying to make money with other peoples' feelings.

The name on the letter is Mr Romino Don Martins (the director of processing department) Their email is gfsc@winning.com I have sent them an email and received the following respond.

Yes I understand. Shock of joy. My name is Don Martins, I am the director of processing and payment and I have seen your prize track number. The prize is correct. You have won the sum of 815,320. This payment is in US dollars. To claim your prize you must provide us with your payment processing form to empower us to represent you or you must appear to the lottery commission in person to sign your payment approval certificate by yourself. Please fill the attached payment processing form and fax it to my office as soon as possible to enable us proceed with the processing of your prize money. You can also reach me on telephone. Congratulations Sir.
