Rip off patient care

My college aged daughter was inebriated one night and her roommate called 911. My daughter was taken by ambulance to be checked out in the ER.
Though my daughter refused, she was taken by ambulance anyway. The company spokesperson stated that the personnel on the ambulance could determine the neccesity of her being taken by Advanced Life Support to the ER.

My daughter states they had her sit on a bench in the back of the ambulance, handed her a plastic bag if she became ill and took her to the ER approximately
