Ripoff Wedding Photographs Took our deposit Banning

We met with them and gave them a $500 deposit. Their website shut down and all source of communication was disconnected less than one month before our wedding. My wedding is in November (this month). Now I have to find someone else in 3 weeks. If someone is taking them to court. Please post it on this website. I am going try and take them to small claims court. I would like some information if someone else succeeded. Thank you.
