Takes your pictures and your money!

I am writing on behalf of myself and a number of other brides who have used Clawson services. Photographer did not deliver product at all breaching all contracts. Personnel change at their business has caused them to be backlogged with months of weddings to do, but Clawson photography shut off all ways of contact (phones are disconnected, fax does not work, website is down, email is down and or emails not returned) rather than giving clients a courtesy call.

Brides have been harassed over the phone by Clawson photography while waiting for pix to be developed, others have waited between 2-4 months for their pictures without any contact from Clawson photography, and others have resorted to spending 3 hours driving to their physical address to confront Clawson photography to find they are not home or more excuses why pictures aren't done, and to give them just a few more weeks. Past brides have received their incredibly late CD's of pictures with cracked CD cases, fuzzy pictures, or no pictures at all on the disk. Precious promises are made before the wedding and Clawson photography makes you feel special, but once they take your money and/or your pictures, you are in for a fierce fight.

Many brides are thinking of resorting to legal action in small claims court as the Clawsons are withholding thousands of dollars and breaching contracts by taking their time to finish pictures, if they are doing that at all.
Clawson photography has the worst business ethic I have ever encountered. I would not recommend their services.
