Scammed me out of my deposit when I completed program Ripoff

(Product Name: Debit solution program) I signed up with the credit counseling co back 5 years ago. Gave them 315.00 deposit to be paid back to me once all my creditors were paid in full Oct 11 all of my creditors were paid in full call the co to get my deposit back. Call them five different times to get them to call me back. Finally four weeks later Alex from Family credit call me and I called him back on 11/02. He told me I wasn't get my deposit back because one of the accounts I paid off and reallocated the money to go to other accounts. Because I paid this account off I was not getting my Deposit back. I asked Him to send me a letter stating why I wasn't getting my deposit back He told me He doesn't have to send me a letter that over the phone was good enough. This is a scam Co fraud, I was told from Family Credit Counseling that everytime an account was paid off I was to call and reallocate the funds to be paid to other accounts. I was never told by this Co that I was not to pay off these accounts. I thought that was what they are surpose to do get you to pay them off. Well you pay them off then the Co scams you out of your deposit. I will go to the news paople to complain about this scam from this credit counseling agency.
