In may i found a house i was interested in buying, i dint have a home inspection as i knew the sellers daughter. The sellers were bruce and sue *

We hada termite inspection where they found a water leak and meldew mold and fungus. Teresa called my agent and told her there was a small amount of mold found and would be treated.

In aug i had a hot water leak which the hot water heater is under the house, i was told there was alot of mold meldew and fungus, and the supports was rotten, and would cost $20,000.00 to fix.
We got pictures and had contracters out, all said this was and old problem, as the seller had closed the vents in with motter when he added on to the house. And it was real wet under the house and had been for years. Also was electric problems as the seller did his own wireing.

I called my agent and reported what we had found, she wrote spotlight and ask that they contact the seller, for a buy back or fix it, as it was not disclosed in their listing. And when fronted with what she had told us about a small amount of mildew found she could not remember saying that.
We have had to move out as we found we have black mold, and it is coming through the walls, and we have lost alot of things like bed frames, computer desk, washer, dryer, clothes, movies.

We have not heard anything back from spotlight or the sellers. And it has been 6 weeks, and atty wants $10,000.00 up front, i am a senior citizen and dont have that laying around.

We have also found out they had sold a house with the same thing, and and the buyers now have to fix the problem them selves
