Maternity And Nursing Boutique Customer service non responsive to my needs

I ordered a maternity dress that came in a color called TEa Stain, when I called to exchange it and get an RMA number they kept telling me they would get back to me, I only needed to exchange it for the right color, No one was helpful but they kept telling me they woul dget back to me, I received the dress on Tuesday and called to exchange it Wednesday, I needed the right color dress by Saturday.

Its now Thursday and they continue to tell me that a supervisor will get back to me they never did. There computers are always down so if you need something you wont be able to get it in a timely fashion.
