On june 28 I hire a company named Nexmove [National Ex, Inc ] to deliver some household good from Brockton MA to Miami FL. I speak with a person the name Boby and I explain to him that I have 9 boxes, a refrigerator and small kitchen shelf for delivery, We agree to charge 1/2 of the total price of delivery to my credit card and the remaining balance when the delivery was complete.

It took 2 weeks to get my stuuff pick up and 2 1/2 to get it here in Miami. So finally when the driver call me and say he is on his way to my house I said thanks god this is the end of a long waiting for my stuff!!! But it was not. It was the begining of a NIGHTMARE!!! WITH THIS COMPANY.

At the time the Truck got to my place and the driver start unloading, I notice that my refrigerator has scratches and dent, the front grill of the refrigerator is missing the arms holding the top and botton door there are not in place [ lost ] they use a shrink wrap plastic paper to hold the doors of the refrigerator and also 2 of the 9 Boxes were missing too!!! The driver say to me he will report the issue to Boby the next day so they can look for the missing boxes and the grill, But they never call.

They did not waste time to charge me right a way for the remaining balance to my credit card even knowing the delivery was not complete... After 2 days been waiting for the return call, I call Nextmove to speak with boby to get answer for the missing boxes and he respond I'm working on tracking down your boxes!!! That was early on July and today is Octuber 24 and still not sign of my boxes and grill!

I has been calling Boby sice then, leave messages talk with defferent peoples from Nextmove but nobody has return my call and no answer has been given to me. I lost about 2,500$ in Electronic and tools in those boxes. I strongly do not recommend this moving company to anyone for service because they will rip you off for sure!!!
