I ordered from HDArt 2 months ago. After NUMEROUS calls and emails without one single response from the company, I have written off my $70 order.

This website has all the ingredients of a reputable ordering site with the endorsements from AOL and Yahoo to customer testimonials. At one point it may have been a decent place to order Harley Davidson and biker related gifts, etc. But that is no more.

I'm not worried about the money at this point, just the principle of making sure fellow biking enthusiasts don't get ripped off. Even some of the artists and craftsman who are represented on this website, cannot reach the thief, aka Rick O.
Most of the artists represented can be ordered from directly and can be trusted.
