The HD@rt Gallery ("hdart.com" Whose Parent Company Is The Crystal Bar) claims to have outstanding customer service but it is not true. They ripped me off

I ordered two rings from HDart.com on July 2nd, which came to a total of $420. They preached excellent turnaround time and said I would have my order within one to two weeks, but I never received the rings. I tried to contact them MULTIPLE times via email and telephone but they refused to return my messages.

When I ordered the rings they sent me a confirmation email, which seemed professional enough. It contained a summary of charges, their return policy, and a comforting "if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us." They went ahead and charged my debit card right away, but I guess it was inconvenient to answer my questions because, as I mentioned, they avoided contact with me.

I just want to warn people NOT to buy from The HD@rt Gallery! I do not believe they are a legitimate company.
