Ripoff of 11.89 for nothing and i'm tired of it kansas city, mo

Nac sent me a letter saying that i won 1 million dollars and all i have to do to recieve it is send them 11.89 for my aquisition fee and i did. I'm a single parent of 2 and don't have any monies to just give away. I'm located in montgomery, al. They need to b stopped, cause i do want and need my monies, cause i could have spent that money on my kids. So if anyone who is willing to help me email me at johnsontanga@yahoo.com thank you.
