Free Installation Not Honored, $300 Taken From Checking Without Permission

We ordered Dish for 9.00, free installation found out differently would not remove system. Complained to Company. Company decided to charge 3months in advance. We stopped using system and told company to cancel. Company accessed checking acct without prior permission.

Removed 300.00 dollars from acct. Contacted Company was informed they could remove money from my acct anytime they wanted without my consent and hung up. Returned equipment company credited my acct with 199.00 the rest of the money they kept.

Dish Network stated that money was used as payments. Please note during this time Dish Network cashed two checks I had sent for $50.00 each in a two day span and within the time span illegal withdrawals were also made. I was then sent a final bill for $68.00 and was threatened with Collections if not paid.

As of this day Dish Network owes me 217.00 which was taken from me illegally or through harassment.
