Provided customer support that was poor. Reps declined to react to communication accordingly and regular. Alternatively, they recommended calling divisions that had nothing related to the problem, overcharged for providers prevented, and not made by getting you fixing the issue. Reps weren't educated and were fixed regarding incorrect data which was being supplied.
