After almost 12 months within the program, Provell, Inc. Ended my account before praising the discounts provided underneath the program. The cancelation occurred since I required to revise my bill info since the cc on document might end within the forseeable future. I named the 800 phone number supplied and requested to revise my bill info and offered the reason behind my request. I told the repetition that used to do not need to stop my account, simply to revise the consideration data and so I might proceed using the plan. Unbeknowst to me the repetition in the 800-number ended my account but didn't tell me. I discovered after e mailing the account providers site that my bill was ended. I have attempted unsuccessfully via emails and notice to obtain the consideration reinstated but haven't noticed something. Additionally, I'd posted bills for payments underneath the plan before the repetitions cancelation plus they haven't delivered the refund.

I'm like I Have been scammed!!
