Ordered People Mag and never got them! $87.49 gone and they are SHADY! New york new york

I ordered a year's subscription for people magazine from www.halfpricedmags.com on March 2nd, and never received them. I paid via paypal (huge mistake with their 30 day money back guarantee) and they say they cannot help because of their short window of time to refund money from fraud. (the website says to give them 4-6 weeks for delivery) I contacted their so called customer service probably about 20 times now, and only one time did I get a response and it was from a "Mike peters", president of the company? He said that he would put a "rush" order in, and he was sorry, blah blah blah.

Well, I contacted People magazine and they said what he did was go online through some website like aol, and order 8 free trial issues of the magazine with a 6 month extension and then put in a fake credit card number so after the 8 issues that were sent to me, I got a letter saying that my credit card did not go through and they were going to send me a bill! These people are SO SHADY, do not buy from them!

They also have www.magsforless, and a few other websites, I lost $87 bucks, and I have reported them to the better business bureau. I also have an attorney that is going to help me get my money back, but I wanted to let other people know to NOT Make the same mistake I did! Too bad there are people out there like this that take people's money and run AND GET AWAY WITH IT!
