We were perusing the Orange County Superior Court cases just to see how many cases James Parsa had initiated and won on behalf of loan modification clients at Parsa Law Group. How many do you think we found? A BIG FAT ZERO. But we did find a whole helluva lot of personal injury cases (his side gig.).

We also found a case filed against him for professional negligence, a complex unlimited civil litigation matter lawsuit with Alex Dastmalchi (see details below), and a case where he represented his pal, Dale Petrouka, when Dale was sued for legal malpractice in 1997.

Since 1996, James Parsa has filed a total of 21 Cases in Orange County Superior Court (his main venue). That's 20 in 13 years; you do the math. Of those 21, TWENTY were personal injury cases.

The professional negligence case was filed against James Parsa and James Parsa & Associates on July 19 and didn't end until almost two years later on April 25 (NOT in Parsa's favor) because James Parsa is an ass and he doesn't know how to say, I'm sorry.

On May 16. Luz Marina Alvarez filed an Unlimited Complex Civil Litigation matter against Alex Dastmalchi and Dastmalchi Enterprises (before Dastmalchi Enterprises was suspended by the Secretary of State). Parsa and James Parsa & Associates were added and they carried this one into oblivion as well and by January 13, Dastmalchi's attorney petitioned the Court to be removed from the case and the Court granted it. It looks like Parsa stepped in and became Dastmalchi's attorney, because Parsa is shown as both a Defendant and an Attorney for Defendant. Whatever. The docket doesn't show a resolution although hearings have been in play as late as 2007.
